Condition
Overall the work is in good condition. The sheet is laid down on paper which is glued to the mat at top edges. Small loss at bottom edge, barely visible with mat covering. Some old glue residue on paper that the sheet is laid down on. There is a patch that has been filled in at the top of the building in the far back as well as to the right of the walkway in the foreground.
