Condition
The sheet is light stained and has a mat stain, particularly visible along the left, bottom and right edges. There is an uneven blanched strip running along all edges. There is weak foxing throughout the sheet. The piece has a repaired tear running along the bottom and right edges, as well as a smaller repaired tear at upper left. The piece has had an old acidic cardboard mount removed (adhered at edges), it has been deacidified, received a sizing treatment, adhesive has been removed, old repairs have been removed, the tears reinforced and the entire sheet backed with japanese tissue adhered with wheat paste.
