Condition
Executed on cream wove paper, not laid down, T-hinged to the mount at the top two corners. There are artist's pinholes at intervals along the edges. There are some glue and paper remnants at intervals along the left, upper and right extreme edges and some paper remnants to the reverse of all four corners, probably due to previous mounting (not visible when framed). Apart from a tiny nick towards the centre of the extreme right edge and light time staining to the sheet, this work is in good condition.
Colours: Overall fairly accurate in the printed catalogue, although the colours are brighter and the figure's skin tone is fresher in the original.
