Condition
The canvas is not lined. There is a 2cm. line of retouching to the centre of the top right quadrant, a 4cm. intermittent line of retouching with two associated nailhead-sized spots of retouching to the centre of the bottom edge and intermittent lines of retouching to the extreme right and left edges (probably to cover frame rubbing); all visible under UV light. Otherwise, apart from some lines of retouching to cover paint shrinkage in the bottom right quadrant, visible under UV light, this work is in good condition.
Colours: Overall fairly accurate, although slightly brighter in the original than in the printed catalogue illustration.
