Condition
Executed on buff-coloured laid paper, not laid down, attached to the mount in the top two corners. The upper, right and left edges are deckled. There are artist's pinholes running at intervals along all four edges, some with associated paper discolouration. There are two very small tape remnants to the upper and lower left corners of the reverse, due to previous mounting. There are very light traces of ink, possibly from a stamp and two thin lines of very light paint rubbing towards the lower centre on the composition (all visible in the catalogue illustration). Apart from two tiny nicks towards the upper right corner and some time staining to the sheet, this work is in good condition.
Colours: Fairly accurate, although the paper tone is slightly warmer.
