Condition

The canvas is not lined. There is a 6 by 2 cm. vertical line of retouching towards the lower right corner with an associated patch on the reverse, possibly to repair and old tear, a further small area of retouching just below and some small specks of retouching towards the centre of the canvas. All retouching is visible under UV light. Apart from a tiny pinhead-sized speck of paint loss towards the left of the upper edge, this work is in good condition. Colours: Overall fairly accurate, although the colours are brighter in the original.
