Catalogue Note

Audemars Piguet launched the Royal Oak Offshore Alinghi Chronograph in 2007 in celebrating the anniversary of Swiss yachting team Alinghi's victory. Forged carbon was the chosen innovative material for this exceptional timepiece. Carbon fiber is commonly used in the aeronautics industry for its resistance and lightness. The case of the watch weighs only 100 grams.

This watch was produced in a limited series of 1300 pieces, of which the present example is number 481.
