Condition

The movement is running at the time of cataloguing and the calendar and chronograph are functioning, however it may require a service in the near future for it to be well preserved. The dial with slight spotting but overall with an attractive aged patina. Case with light scuffs throughout and tarnishing to the sides.

Catalogue Note

This model, Ref. 6036, one of the major models of the Dato-Compax series, is one of the most complicated references that Rolex has ever produced. According to our research, this reference was made in pink gold in a very limited series of 144 pieces.

The present watch is distinguished by its dial signed by the prestigious Venezuelan retailer Serpico Y Laino, commonly referred to as the Tiffany & Co of South America.
