Catalogue Note

Patek Philippe has created only a few models with perpetual calendar, retrograde date and sweep seconds: Refs. 5050, 5059, 5159 and 5160.

In 2007, the firm released Ref. 5159 as the replacement to Ref. 5059. The newer version is distinguished by the guilloché dial and slightly elongated numerals. It is also 2 millimeters larger in diameter than its predecessor.
