  • length 36 mm
• cal. 9-90 manual winding tonneau movement, 18 jewels • aged silvered dial, applied gold Roman and baton indexes, subsidiary seconds • the rectangular case with beveled sides • case, dial and movement signed • Certificate of Origin, Extract from the Archives confirming sale on 7 Feb 1946, original spare parts

Condition

The movement is stamped 860 on the side, which corresponds to the last three digits of the case serial number. The dial is original, with a very nice signature in hard enamel, however it is aged with spotting and marks throughout, perhaps from moisture. The case shows some light scuffs, however it appears unpolished. The watch is accompanied by a single replacement screw from Patek Philippe Geneva, packaged in a small container labeled with the movement number of the watch and 9'90, the calibre number. The client preserved the Patek Philippe envelope in which it was sent, dated May 20th, 1958, with a customs sticker labeling the envelope as containing spare parts. The Certificate of Origin is undated, and has the watch's movement number 837766 in type, and next to it is 89748 and what appears to be r/6 in handwriting.
