This charming picture has never been removed from its stretcher. The paint layer is extremely dirty and quite hard to read at present, and there are a few small cracks. The canvas does not need to be lined but there is a fairly noticeable depression in the canvas in the upper left. Essentially however, this painting is in very good, untouched condition.
