The platinum link chain supporting 9 charms including an 'In the Dog House', engraved R.C.A. 1937, a swordfish, signed Yard Inc., a piano player, a St. Christopher medal, a door with 'Do Not Disturb' sign, a car, a cowgirl, a cowboy, dated 1-12-36, and a chatting couple, set throughout with calibré-cut rubies and sapphires, and round, single-cut, rose-cut and baguette diamonds weighing approximately .70 carat, length 7 inches, three stones missing.
Condition
Overall wear to the metal, minor enamel loss to the swordfish, abrasions to the colored stones throughout. Set with a combination of natural and synthetic colored stones (small calibré-cut stones were commonly used during the Art Deco period). Diamonds are near colorless and decorative in quality. Highlighted throughout with yellow gold. With four, later-added pale yellow gold links. One stone missing from "chatting couple" charm, a diamond missing from the cowboy, and a third stone missing from the piano player.
