Set with oval rubies weighing approximately 4.40 carats, accented by old mine, old European-cut and single-cut diamonds weighing approximately 1.90 carats, internal circumference 7 inches, two diamonds missing.
Condition
Good general condition, probably recently cleaned. Evidence of minor solder at one end of the gem-set top. One small rose-cut diamond missing (the second "missing" diamond noted in the catalogue refers to a very small rose-cut diamond that, upon first glance, appears to be missing). The medium to medium-deep purplish red rubies are slightly more purplish than indicated by the printed catalogue illustration; moderately included. Old mine- and old European-cut diamonds approximately H-J color, SI clarity. Rose-cut diamonds are decorative in quality and range from near colorless to gray. Fitted with a safety chain.
