Group of antique jewelry

Including a brooch, bangle-bracelet, two rings, three pair of earclips and a pendant; the gold and coral brooch, originally part of a tiara; the bangle-bracelet set with a cabochon garnet and rose-cut diamonds, mounted in gold and silver, internal circumference 6¼ inches; the 14 karat gold and garnet ring set with a cabochon garnet, rose-cut diamonds and seed pearls, applied with black and white enamel, signed 4; the moonstone and diamond ring set with cabochon moonstones and old European-cut diamonds, mounted in 14 karat gold, size 6¾; the pair of cultured pearl and ruby earclips set with rose-cut and single-cut diamonds, mounted in gold, platinum and silver; the pair of swallow earclips set with rose-cut diamonds and round sapphires, mounted in silver-topped gold; the pair of turquoise earclips set with single-cut and round diamonds, mounted in 14 karat white gold, modern; and the pendant set with rock crystal, rose-cut diamonds, pearl and variously-cut colored stones, mounted in gold.

Group consists of CORAL BROOCH: some discoloration to the gold, especially on reverse and some tarnish. One carved coral wing is slightly chipped. BANGLE BRACELET: The garnet carbuncle is very deep reddish brown and shows scratching and abrasions to the surface, diamonds are of decorative quality, fitted with a safety chain. GARNET RING: The garnet carbuncle is a deep slightly purplish red-brown and is nicked on the surface, some damage and loss to enamelling. MOONSTONE RING: the moonstones are more blueish violet than pictured in the printed catalogue, with abrasions to the high relief points, diamonds are decorative, some discoloration to the gold. PEARL EARCLIPS: Pearls are waxy to good luster, rubies are opaque, diamonds are of decorative quality, fitted with screw-type backings, nice movement when worn. SWALLOW EARCLIPS: Diamonds are of decorative quality, sapphires are inky blue, fitted with screw-type backings. TURQUOISE EARCLIPS: Diamonds are of decorative quality, turquoise is more greenish blue than picture in the printed catalogue. PENDANT: Rock crystal is eye clean, diamonds and colored stones are of decorative quality. All pieces in good condition unless otherwise stated.
