The cabochon star sapphire weighing approximately 75.00 carats, flanked by baguette, old European-cut and single-cut diamonds weighing approximately 1.75 carats, mounted in platinum, size 5.

Condition

The cabochon star sapphire measuring approximately 25.0 by 18.5 by 15.5 mm. and is a light grayish lavender blue color (slightly more lavender than pictured in the printed catalogue). The star is distinct and the 6 legs are very slightly wavy. Also set with 18 baguette and 26 old European-cut and single-cut diamonds approximately H-I color and VS-I clarity. Nice Art Deco design and good workmanship to gallery and shoulders. Overall wear to the mounting. The shank out-of-round, but in otherwise good condition.
