The cabochon star sapphire measuring weighing approximately 40.00 carats, framed by tapered baguette diamonds weighing approximately 2.90 carats, mounted in platinum, size 7ΒΌ.
Condition
The cabochon sapphire measuring approximately 18.9 by 15.4 by 12.8 mm.. Of a medium light vlue color. The star is distinct, with two very slightly wavy legs. It is actually nicely translucent for a star sapphire. Very good polish, only minute pitting to one place on the surface. Framed by 29 baguette diamonds approximately H-I color and VVS-VS clarity. The shank detaches and the top can be worn as a pendant as well. Stamped 10% Irid Plat and RING-DANT. In good condition.
