Condition

Very good condition overall with a few minor scratches to the wax. One very fine hairline crack to the child's leg (standing to the right), a few very fine cracks to the woman's veil. The slate background needs to be fixed into the frame. Very attractive piece. Provenance: Da una dimora di Piazza Farnese, Sotheby's Rome, 18 mai 2004, lot 466
