The brown ground, usually susceptible to flaking or incipient flaking is in good condition; however, thereis a small area behind her head where the enamel appears to be lifting. There is some minor light scratching to the roundel's gilt border, some very minor rubbing to the gilding in the cavetto and several very minor pinhead flakes to the gilding on the rim edge. Otherwise, the plate is in good condition.
