Condition

Both unframed. Both sheets have been exposed to the light and are therefore yellowed apart from the margins, which were protected due to the mounts. The larger (illustrated) sheet has some pale fox marks scattered across the page, tbut the wash is still strong and fresh. The smaller has a slight horizontal crease at the centre and a slight diagonal crease across the lower left corner and some slight tears and a tiny loss at the lower part of the left edge. The grey wash is fresh and strong.
