This painting is in excellent condition. The varnish fluoresces green over the whole of the panel under UV.

Catalogue Note

A member of the Beaver Hall group, Lockerby was trained by Brymner and Cullen and influenced by French Impressionism.  This farmyard scene is typical of her work.
