on a stepped domed base with wavy rim applied with climbing flowers and foliage, the body applied on one side with a horse pulling a carriage, the opposite side engraved with a presentation inscription, the leaf-capped loop handles with flower blossom upper terminals

Condition

some losses to applied flowers below carriage, a little overall wear, leaves near one handle starting to pull away, otherwise good condition
