Condition
Overall in good condition. The sconces appear to have originally been gilt, and the gilt treatment has worn away over most of the surface with the exception of the round terminals. The metal with some surface scratches and rubbing, as seen in the catalogue illustration. One of the arms has become detached from the lower terminal and would benefit from restoration, although the piece remains stable and appears to have been an existing condition. One of the lower terminals with some green oxidation. With new paper lampshades in keeping with the style of the original design.
