Overall in very good condition. The lanterns all appear to have originated together, as the patina on the copper surfaces, the texture and color of the glass, and all of the hardware are entirely consistent and all appear original. The hand-wrought copper surfaces throughout appear to retain their original patina and are in beautiful condition, showing very light surface wear, rubbing and surface soiling consistent with age and gentle use. The hand-hammered amber glass shows no visible condition issues; the glass with light surface soiling. The square hand-wrought copper ceiling plates, link chains, sockets and pull chains all appear original and undisturbed. The ceiling plates with some occasional traces of old house paint. Lacking the original screws to the ceiling plates. The set displays beautifully together, and are especially attractive when illuminated, imparting a warm glow.
