Condition
Overall in very good condition. The ebonized oak surfaces throughout appear to retain their original finish, with minimal surface wear and a few light surface scratches and abrasions consistent with age and gentle use. The hand-wrought copper elements with some occasional light surface scratches and surface soiling. The copper base support with scattered surface soiling and discoloration, and some small scattered traces of light surface oxidation. All of the copper rivets are intact and undisturbed, and are beautifully articulated through to the interior of the stand as a decorative feature. The interior with a few minor losses along the bottom interior edges of the oak (which are totally concealed by the copper base). Lacking interior metal dish insert to base (which is commonly missing and easily replaceable). A superb example of the model displaying an exceptionally dark rich finish and a beautiful rich patina to the copper bandings and base.
