Condition

Overall excellent condition. The shade is in excellent condition with scattered minor surface dirt and some evidence of the glue used in the production of the work, which is inherent in the making. The water spots (measuring less than ½ inch) to the lower edge of the shade. With some additional water spots to the underside of the central brace of the shade on top of which the lighting rests. This is not visible once the lamp is righted. The interior of the lamp is fitted with two sockets. The standard with one horizontal discoloration which is visible in the catalogue illustration and extends approximately 5 inches. This lamp was previously in the collection of Kevin Nakashima, the son of the designer. A great example of the form.
