Condition

Overall in very good original condition. With expected surface dirt and minor crazing to the seat and backrest consistent with age and use. The seat is slightly more mauve in color than in the catalogue illustration. The arms with some very slight wear to the front edges of the armrests. It appears that the black elements have been repainted. The proper right edge of the seat with a minor repaired tear in the upholstery in an L-shape, measuring 2 ½ inches. Please note, there is a photograph showing this side of the chair on sothebys.com. Minor surface dirt.
