The present work is a copy of an epigraphic work in stone by Hamid Aytac which adorns the main entrance of the Sisli mosque in Istanbul. A reduced version of Aytac's work can be found in M.U. Derman, Eternal Letters, Sharjah, 2009, p.307, pl.69a.
