Comprising: a pair of cufflinks each designed as a prowling panther, the eyes set with marquise-shaped emeralds, the nose in black enamel, signed Cartier and numbered, French assay marks, bar connections, case Cartier, Paris; together with another pair, each square link set with calibré-cut sapphires, to chain connections, signed Cartier and numbered, French assay marks, case Cartier, Paris.
Condition
Panther Cufflinks: Stamped 750 and French assay marks for 18 carat gold. Numbered 639365. Emeralds dark green in colour. Black nose to each possibly onyx, one nose with slight brown tint, to edges. One hinged bar connection with discolouration probably from solder, seems like it might have been repaired, not visible when worn. Light scratches to mount consistent with wear. In good condition.
Square Cufflinks: Stamped 950 and French assay marks for platinum. numbered 620133. Sapphires dark blue, well matched in colour. Slight scratches to mount consistent with wear. In very good condition.
