Centring on a cushion-shaped sapphire within a border of old mine-cut diamonds, size F, unsigned.

By family tradition this ring is by Settepassi although it is unsigned. Sapphire measuring approximately 10.8 x 9.8 x 6.2 mm, calculated to weigh approximately 5.50 to 6.50 carats, medium light violetish blue, well saturated, visible silk, typical inclusions visible under mgnification. Total estimated diamonds weight approximately 4.00 carats, estimated clarity SI to I, estimated colour H-K. Tarnished, slight scrathes to mount consistent with wear. In good condition.
