  • cup 40.5cm, 16in high; case 45cm, 17 3/4 in high
campana form, the body engraved 'BODMIN / 1820.' below an applied cast band of grape vines, bearded satyr mask and foliate sprig handles, the foot inscribed 'LORD VALLETORT. / E.W.W. PENDARVIS. Esqr. / Stewards.' and 'S. Hennell. 5. Snow Hill. Fecit.', later metal finial, original fitted case

Condition

Original engraving, gilding and case; excellent condition aside from the finial which is a later metal replacement and therefore a different colour to the body and cover.
