Description

  • gilt-bronze
  • each: 46cm. high, 44cm. wide;1ft. 6¼in., 1ft. 5½in.

Condition

Good quality casting. There is rubbing to the gilding, especially to the tops of the square bases and minor surface dirt as visible from the photograph. Some minor casting cracks commensurate with normal age and usage and there is a very minor loss to the stretcher section of one, but this is not too noticeable. Some elements including the vases and finials are loose and just need tightening up. The berried finial on both has been re-assembled slightly off centre and need re-assembling. A rare model, in overall good condition.
