Description

- one: 120cm. high, 88cm. wide; 3ft.11¼in., 2ft. 10½in.: the other: 118cm. high, 84cm. wide; 3ft.10½in., 2ft.9in.
with three branch gilded tôle and painted wooden candlearms
Condition
The gilding is slightly darker and more attractive than in the catalogue illustration. The backs have iron re-enforcements. There are minor chips and surface dirt throughout. There are hairline and visible construction cracks which could easily be repaired or even left as they are. The toleware on the candle arms is somewhat misshapen with some losses. The carved masks have been restored and are re-gilded.
