- Approximately 52cm. high, 152cm. wide; 1ft. 8in., 5ft.
woven with ribbon tied and bound floral swags, issuing from lion masks and cupid masks, with flying birds, all on a light walnut ground, with further narrow horizontal stylised strapwork borders
Condition
Faded colours. Tapestry panel with some small repairs. Some weak threads, especially within light thread highlight areas, such as the inner border and the highlights to fruit and bird plummage. Dark inner band section to top left is later repair. Generally good condition. Decorative piece.
