9¾-inch silvered dial signed Recordon & Emery, Charing Cross, London, subsidiary seconds and date dials, the rack and bell striking movement with anchor escapement and small barrels, the associated case with swan neck cresting to the drum hood, scale side frets, tear-drop trunk with shaped door and panelled plinth with a shaped apron

Condition

Dial in generally good condition. Movement is complete and looks as though it would run but would benefit from a clean, it appears to retain the original wheel work throughout. The associated case has alterations and restorations to the hood, trunk door now secured with tabs rather than hinges, other old marks, scuffs and dents throughout. With pendulum, 2 brass-cased weights, winder and case key.
