- 41.5cm, 16 1/4 in over handles
heavy leaf-capped scroll feet entwined with budding oak branches, shell and acanthus border, oak branch loop handle laden with acorns, the body applied twice with the royal arms, crowns, mottos and supporters on a ribbon-tied mantle cartouche
Provenance
The royal arms are those as borne by George IV.
Condition
Lacking liner, marks on body and cover slightly warn, clear marks on handle, nice heavy gauge.
