- 9.7cm, 3 7/8 in wide over handles
circular, embossed and matted foliage and scrolls, applied twisted wirework base and handles, engraved circa 1780 with the initials 'RNT' (probably for a relation of Robert Alder Thorp, sometime Fellow and Tutor, Corpus Christi, Oxford)
Condition
A nice object, nice colour; however, there is an approx. 1.5cm old hard solder repair to a vertical split in the area of the initials.
