11-inch dial with cherub and leaf spandrels, signed John Coulton, Yorke, matted centre with seconds dial, ringed winding holes and engraved calendar aperture, the movement with five ring-turned knopped pillars and inside count wheel, associated case with flat top moulded rising hood, the trunk inlaid with three shaped panels of bird and flower marquetry on an ebony ground and with an oval lenticle, crossbanded plinth similarly decorated, the sides crossbanded and divided into panels by stringing

Dial needs a clean, hands replaced, hands collet replaced by nut. Movement in generally good original condition and needs a clean. The associated case has alterations to hood, pillars lacking, plits to lenticle, veneer cracks, chips and minor losses throughout. With pendulum, 2 brass cased weights, winder and case key.
