Condition

Overall fair restored condition; the far left panel with loss to top right corner and right edge and inpainting to bottom left edges; second, third and fourth panel with some inpainting to edges; fifth and sixth panels with lifting to banding to top and with small chips to right edges; seventh panel with large chip to middle of right edge at join with hinge (visible in the catalogue illustration), the eight panel with inpainting to top and right edges; overall with some inpainted restorations mainly to edges, lacquer appears to be stable; hinges loose and some lacking.
