of oval form with maize rope-twist borders, the turquoise-glazed sides molded with suspended nets and game trophies, the cover with a boy hunter and his dog reclining near a dead bird on a bed of ferns, applied lilac pad mark molded with GJ monogram and Stoke-on-Trent and shape number 2680 (?) in black.
Condition
There is small 1/4in. flake to the glaze at the edge of the cover left of the dog's tail and the tips of the boy's hat brim at the front are restored. Otherwise, the tureen and cover are in generally good condition overall
