A similar pair of George III giltwood and gilt-composition tripod torcheres possibly supplied to the 11th Viscount Kilmorey, Mourne Park, Kilkeel, Co. Down, Ireland, was sold Christie's, London, July 7. 1994, lot 156.  Of related form and decoration, they also have fluted tops, drapery-swagged tiers and flaring legs ending in Greek key feet.
