painted in shaded tones of iron-red to the central medallion with a leaping five-clawed dragon chasing a flaming pearl, surrounded by pairs of striding dragons in mutual pursuit amid wispy flames in the cavetto and to the exterior, all enclosed by double-line borders

Condition

Some minor fritting to the rim, which has large portions polished down. There is a hairline crack at 12 o'clock approximately 1 1/2 inches. Some frits and nibbles on the foot rim. The interior iron-red and glaze rubbed.
