of square cross-section, each straight rectangular side well painted in blue and white with a lobed panel enclosing birds amidst blossoming branches of flowers including chrysanthemums, plum blossoms, peonies, and camellias, all on a dense blue and white ground of formal flower scrolls, the base inscribed with a six-character Qianlong sealmark

Condition

There is some fine pitting and speckling to the enamel overall - this is most apparent on the white ground of the panels and is visible in the catalogue photo. Otherwise in good condition.
