the rounded sides rising from a short straight foot to an everted rim, incised and painted in aubergine with two dragons in pursuit of flaming pearls amidst scrolling clouds and flames, all above crested waves on a rich green ground, the base incised with a six-character reign mark

Condition
There is a 1/4 inch chip to the rim which has been restored. Otherwise in good condition.
