consisting of a hexagonal vase with Sanskrit characters on each side flanked by cascading ribbons on two sides, surmounted by a similar smaller vase, supporting a two-sided finial with a horse standing upon a lotus base carrying a 'precious jewel' on its back encircled within a flame mandorla
