Description

each body with shallow rounded sides rising from a short straight foot to a slightly everted rim, reverse painted in rich cobalt-blue tones to the interior with a medallion enclosing a boy holding a long lotus stem reserved on a dense leafy scroll ground, encircled at the rim by a floret and cloud geometric band, the exterior with three floral sprays divided by butterflies, the base with an underglaze blue six-character mark

Condition

There are occasional characteristic pinholes and iron spots to the glaze, otherwise the dishes are in very good condition.
