Description

each of rectangular form, the translucent pale-green stone carved in high-relief with a pair of kissing mandarin ducks standing on a lotus-leaf, mounted in a lead and gilt-bronze backing

Condition

There are some white calcification along the edges and russet veining. There are a couple of minor chips along the base of the lotus lead on one plaque. The gild-bronze has some corrosion along the edges.
