Description

well carved in shallow relief with two taotie masks, the rounded pupils each inscribed with a character which reads qian long nian zhi (made in the reign of Qianlong), the background also incised with fine markings, the stone of even pale celadon white tone, now inset with a gold metal ring on the interior

Condition

In overall good condition with tiny minute nicks along the edges barely visible to the naked eyes
