Description
- Ceramic
each with rounded sides rising to slightly flared rims, painted to the interior with a stylized tree with large leaves and pomegranate fruit, enclosed by a band of three detached fruiting leafy branches, the base with an apocryphal Cheghua mark

Condition
The pair of dishes are in good overall condition with the exception of an approx. 3.5cm flaking of the glaze and 0.2cm chip to the rim of one dish; the second dish with a 0.3cm by 0.3cm enamelling imperfection to the base of the interior, one firing impurity to the glaze of the interior of the rim and a further three to the rim; and surface rubbing to the enamel and resultant discolouration on the base of the interior and light overall sratching to the glaze of both dishes.
