Condition

The chandelier stem documented in the catalogue raisonné is depicted with eight cylindrical elements and the present lot has only five, and only four of these are depicted in the catalogue illustration due to the length of the metal fixing rod. Two of these elements have large chips to the edges. The metal is tarnished. One glass shade with a large chip adjacent to the drilling hole, 4cm. by 1cm. Minor chips and scratches overall such as to the frosted parts. A few chips to the panels set in the shaft. This chandelier is not guaranteed or tested for electricity. An impressive piece.
