Plays: Blood Knot (New Arts Theatre, 1963), Loot (Criterion Theatre, 1966), The Beard (1966), Soldiers (New Theatre, 1969), Sleuth (St Martin's Theatre, 1970), What the Butler Saw (Royal Court, 1975), A Chorus Line (Theatre Royal Drury Lane, 1976, also with another item signed by the cast, 1978), The Comic Strip (Boulevard Theatre, c.1981), I (Piccadilly Theatre, 1981), The Pirates of Penzance (Theatre Royal, 1982, signed by attendees at a celebratory party)
Films: Jabberwocky (1977), The Hound of the Baskervilles (1978), My Dinner with Andre (1981), Heat and Dust (1981)
